Can you build a tour that is not listed on your website?

Absolutely! Our philosophy is "Beyond the Map." If you have a specific destination, project, or idea in Colombia, just tell us. We will handle all the logistics and planning to make it a reality.

How can I pay and what currencies do you accept?

We accept Zelle and Cash in both USD and COP.

In what languages are your guides available?

No language barriers here. All our advisors and guides are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, trained to deliver warm, high-end hospitality.

What happens if it rains on the day of an outdoor tour?

We adapt fast. If unexpected weather hits, we will either reschedule the activity for an optimal time or pivot to a curated indoor alternative. Your day won't be ruined.
